Sometimes the restaurant give less chicken pieces in chicken rice bowl in their Ambuja mall,Mowa, Raipur outlet.

Tha manager at Mowa Raipur branch ...instead of sending over the missing items ..asks me to save his number and give a call next time I visit for free french fries....wow what a management staff you have....You must learn that an incomplete order call is made by customer because their meal is incomplete without the missing items because of your negligence and because they want an obligation for next time ....learn managing a customer call first

Worst KFC outlet I’ve ever been to. Had bad experience twice. Also noticed other’s orders messed up. - oil dripping out of burger patty. Probably they put the patty in cold oil - chicken leg piece was also oily and chicken wasn’t very fresh. The crust got soggy after sometime. - probably they are trained properly with procedures - they are also giving the bills, even when asked for.

Do not buy anything from here. There management is so poor. I did not getmy popcorns. I have ordered two time. They are blind, not able to read x2 written after any order. Waste of time and money. WORST PLACE TO GO IN RAIPUR. Go for kfc magnato.

it is one of the worst restaurant ever. My food was dripping with oil, and the chicken was dryer then the desert, and the server was rude didn't give me half of the order. so overall don't come to this restaurant

This outlet is worst !the bun used in burger is stale and also the chicken is never fresh. Pls do not order or prefer this outlet
