I am a regular customer of KFC Kolkata and am very sorry to share that the food quality of my order at Raipur KFC was quite dis-satisfactory (the items felt half cooked) in comparison to KFC food items what we usually get in Kolkata. Secondly, the quantity of food was also not up to the mark, especially the Fried Chicken pieces. As a standard I have observed, in case of a bucket we get one standard piece and one smaller piece of fried chicken; however the pieces provided in the the Solo Bucket I ordered was quite sub-standard and is completely unexpected. I surely would have not accepted the pieces if I was taking it from the restaurant directly but as it was an order serviced by Zomato, I was unable to do anything about the issues and had to consume the ordered items. I believe the staffs at the concerned restaurant were also aware that customer will not be able to return/highlight any of such issue and hence such substandard food products were sent for delivery deliberately. This is quite sure on my next visit to Raipur I surely will avoid ordering from KFC.

Horrible service of KFC Raipur. They kept my order on hold for 2 hours (ordered at 9:30 pm & it’s 11:30 m now). Unlike other restaurants they are not really preparing every dish afresh. They are not even picking calls of Zomato associates.

Ordered the chicken longer meal. The bread was surely long but I received the tiniest piece of chicken .... It was almost empty inside. Felt like I was eating plain bread.
