RAIPUR Diary! Our next food stop at the capital of Chattisgarh is the legendary old world time MANJU MAMTA at MG Road-Raipur! This legendary food outlet is famous for its snacks, tea, south Indian and other dishes and remains a fav in MOR RAIPUR since decades. A rather simple sitting place its always full of patrons throughout the day till late night for its food. We had Samosa topped with Chole and liked it. The chole bhature were fab with Ajwain in Bhature which was a rarity. We also ordered the paneer chilla which was excellent and the medium and quality of paneer were great as well. It went very well with the coconut chutney and sambhar. The yummy meal was washed by their signature and excellent chai which is reason enough for a re-visit!! For sweetdish we had the rabdi style ras-malai which was yummy! the place is also pocket-friendly. A landmark place where tastes speaks for itself!!

When it comes to having a delicious breakfast in Raipur everyone only has one name in mind " Manju Mamta". Must have : Chole Bhature, Masala Dosa, Ras Malai I also tried out the Gupchup & Dahi Vada. The ambience of the place is very average and the waiters rarely come to take orders. The Chole Bhature was very yummy and the best thing about the masala dosa was its batter which was very tasty. The Dahi bhalle were soft and the Gupchups specially the rava ones were a complete new thing for someone from Mumbai, they tasted so different and the flavour of rava actually blended very well with the yummy green pani(chutney) . Service : 2/5 Variety : 3/5 Value for money : 4/5 Ambience : 3/5 Taste : 4.5/5

Visited this place for their famous Chole Bhatura. And i must say it was really good. Other thing which i liked here was ras malai. It was unique and superb. The place is is not fancy or anything but is still full of people ordering food and enjoying.

मैंने जस्ट अभी 1 प्लेट पाव भाजी ,1 एक्स्ट्रा पाव और 1 रसमलाई रिसीव किया । मैं मंजू ममता का रेगुलर कस्टमर हु और 20 सालो से वहां जा रहा हु । मैं मंजू ममता के ओनर से यही रिक्वेस्ट करना चाहता हु की मैं जो आर्डर रिसीव किया हूं उसमे कही से पता नही चल रहा है कि वह मंजू ममता का है, क्योकि पाव भाजी एक डिस्पोजेबल ट्रे में आई थी और रसमलाई भी डिस्पोजेबल कटोरी में थी । """कृपया उसको सील करके भेजे"" ,क्योकि कोई भी बहुत आसानी से अंदर का सामान बदल सकता है । यह बहुत संवेदनशील मामला है ,,कृपया आप उसपे ध्यान दे

We ordered combo of chole bhature with gulab jamun but got no gulab jamun to which they even not accepted and behaved so rudely this was the worst experience I wish I could come that day but was so busy otherwise I would have done something against them.

No parking facility and even security guards appointed by the restaurant resist you in parking by blocking the possible spaces with their bike.. when we tried to park in an empty area there, the guards block that area with their bikes.. disgusting
