I ordered Paneer Chilli Veg Fried Rice. Although, Paneer was hard & even was not seeming fresh. Then I called to Mario & I was literally surprised that the Manager was ready to deliver a New Order at my location. He told me to send my location to him & he regretted the inconvenience. But because I was about to go for work. I thanked him & I told him that I would adjust some how. I truly appreciate the behavior of manager & staffs.

The zomato walet messed up the order and delievered sandwhich when i actually ordered chowmein and then lied to me, but Mr. Simran was kind enough to bring my actual order(veg chowmein) to me by himself at such late hour. Thank you.

I ordered cheez corn pizza which was accidentally not properly backed I called to restaurant and Mr Simran give me another pizza free of cost with a lots of smiles. Very coordinating staff. Very good place with very good service.

I ordered potato95 nd it was not upto the mark..masala kuch jyda hi tha..nd pav bhaji was ok ok. Taste wise 2 nd half points only. Got delivery within 40min.

I ordered paneer rice once, paneer was stale and rice also wasn't cooked properly. I have given 2 stars because I hope that you will improve it

Very poor experience. Everything was horrible and not edible in anyway. First of all the food was all ruined by the time it got to my place. Oh! And it’s not that my place is in another town to get everything spilled. It’s within a radius of 3km from Mario STUPID chowpatie. Plus when complained about the mishap no one in the authorities cared to respond properly nor was respectful. I want to take this moment to request zomato to please add feature of “0” star review option here just for places like Mario’s Chowpatie.

Lollipop is totally raw frm inside. Horrible food. And on top of it , manager is arguing that it is fresh so it is raw. Sev puri is served super chilled. Potatoes are literally frozen and chutney also. On complaining the manager is telling us that sev puri is supposed to be like this and we dnt knw. All my life I have had sev puri and I knw how it's supposed to be. Mannerless staff horrible food. Visit at ur own risk

The food today I got was pathetic n the quantity was very less...I have always ordered from this place cauz food is good...but today it was very tasteless n paneer in paneer chilly was very hard that I couldn't cut it with spoon...horrible food today..didn't expected this.

Taste is not good, even pizza pieces are not cut properly. Toppings are also not added properly only cheese is there in all pizzas
