so I ordered khao suey from mocha and a pink lemonade they forgot the lemonade however puspraj made sure that I get it delivered went out of the way to deliver thank you so much for an amazing customer service .thank you for the delivery boy who made sure I get my stuff

we ordered panini, honey chilli Lotus stem, and lasagna it was delicious I'm looking forward to tasting their non veg menu options next time The ambience is nice and cozy perfect for conversations

Beware of Mandatory Service Charges at Mocha Cafe, Raipur Recently dined at Mocha Café, Raipur, and encountered an issue with the bill. The bill included service charges, which I politely asked to be removed, as service charges are optional by law. Despite informing the waiter of this, he insisted it was mandatory, claiming it was written in their menu. Even after explaining that it cannot be forced, he continued to refuse, offering reward points as an incentive to pay. Eventually, I spoke directly with the counter staff and had the charges removed, but it was a frustrating experience. Please be aware of this practice and assert your rights, as service charges are not compulsory.

Worst Cafe in raipur...SERVICE CHARGE SCAM is going on ...... .They are charging service charge as a compulsory option & when we denied paying the service charge , there staff was trying to convince me by saying " you will get loyalty points.........best irony was we still get loyalty reward points without paying service charge...So if you are still going then save your money Raipur people by denying the SERVICE CHARGE .........staff service was very bad , food was below par ...Isse acha Marine drive ke Street foods hai .

The waiter asked us to change tables because the owner had reserved our table for someone he knew personally. If the owner wants to cater exclusively to family and friends, they should consider opening s private establishment for them. Additionally, if you call to make a reservation, they will likely to refuse to take it.

ordered omlette and got half fry. enquire before ordering. Their response was "Hamare yahan eyse hi Banta hai omlette".
