We tried the omasake full course dine in meal everything was good it was for 1700 per person one thing which they should add in this meal is one any type of drink as it will make it a complete meal and worth the money apart from that everything was very good

I recently visited Tao in Raipur on April 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM, and it was a complete disaster. From the moment I walked in, the ambience felt neglected and uninviting, lacking any of the warmth you’d expect from a local eatery. The service, however, was the true low point. After waiting for over 50 minutes, our food still hadn't arrived. When I finally questioned the delay, the staff casually mentioned they had simply "forgotten" to pass our order to the kitchen. There was no sense of urgency to rectify the mistake; in fact, the staff’s behavior was shockingly dismissive and barely unapologetic. It felt as though our presence was an inconvenience to them rather than a priority. Between the dismal atmosphere and the sheer lack of professionalism, this was easily one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had. If you value your time and expect basic courtesy, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Tao is a textbook example of poor management and zero accountability.
