Very much courteous staff. Good ambience. Tasty food served hot at right time. Table height though is little uncomfortable.

We ordered Lasagne and Quesadilas, both were tasty. Portions were also good enough for 3. Also, had this drink, which was served beautfully and especially, the staff was very polite and cooperative. Ambience is good as well, has both Indoor and Outdoor seating. Just a suggestion- You may ask customers for reviews and be a bit milder for putting reviews online, rather than just clicking from their phone, sometimes, i noticed that.

I liked food and service. I wanted to give 4* but deducting 1* due to poor behavior of staff in end. Please ask your staff to not force customers to put a good review in Google by sitting on their head. If a customer likes the experience, they'll do it themselves. I didn't like that behavior by a staff member.

I had a very disappointing experience at Downtown Restaurant. The Jain sizzler was not good at all and did not meet expectations in terms of taste or quality. We also ordered a brownie, but it was completely burnt. When we informed the staff, they replaced it, but the new brownie was much smaller in size, which was quite unfair. Overall, the service and food quality were not satisfactory. I would not recommend this place based on my experience

It's a pathetic place fancy name and ambiance only , we ordered Jain but they added garlic , rates are more than some four star hotel of Rajkot but even road side larivala have better tasty food than this and don't even try chef Anand thakkar's special menu if u dont want to vest yr money go to the grand Thakkar , silver palace , temptation or fortune

The food here was pathetic.We ordered veg tandoor platter in which all the vegetables were totally uncooked and the taste also bland.Manchow soup had too much salt and broccoli cheese soup had no salt at all.Overall this is waste of money.The food is overpriced.

Doesn't give zomato gold offer to this resturant & also zomato doesn't provide that is where is discount available in our place this is also zomato problem also

The staff is really rude, if there are no reservations they can’t force us to sit somewhere.
