"I visited FBK today for my anniversary, and in my honest opinion, it is one of the best dine-in options in the area. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional—the staff is incredibly attentive. The pricing is very reasonable; considering the taste and the generous portion sizes, it offers excellent value for money.

The Restaurant Business is all about Hospitality and lifting the customer’s mood up. But this place is too far away when it comes to hospitality and politeness. The reception person wearing suit (middle-aged dark skin) is most egoistic. We asked if there is any reservation system as we are having a birthday in the next week and there will be around 25 guests. We can pay upfront for reservation for a time slot. What he replied is: “Come at 7:30 if there is a Birthday party… We cannot do anything else for your Birthday party… Everyone come early here if they have Birthday…” Is this how you communicate rudely with families who ask you a simple question politely? Big zero to this place for their over-blown ego and attitude of “take-it or leave it” for guest. We left this place without tasting the food as there was no point of going for a dinner where there is nearly no level of hospitality and trained staff. Better to go for other real 5-stars and pay more as they appreciate their customers or else go to street good places where there is a humbleness. One line for this place: With this level of pride and attitude, You are not going anywhere.

“Very disappointing experience at FBK - Fen’s Backyard Kitchen. During the booking process, the staff behavior was extremely unprofessional and the manager handled the situation very poorly. Instead of assisting customers respectfully, the communication was rude and insensitive. Such behavior is completely unacceptable from a hospitality establishment. Customer service should always reflect professionalism, courtesy, and respect, which was clearly lacking in our experience. Unfortunately, this incident spoiled our overall impression of the café.”
