It was literally tremendous and taste was awesome, but the pizza box has been damaged and pizza was destroyed in the delivery but taste was so good

Quality of pizza is good but still after only 2 mins of opening the box pizza became dry and the taste got ruined and the cheese in margherita was also dry and not so tasteful

Restaurant does not serve what it shows in order, and provides less quantity of food. Pizza base not baked well. Food quality not as per the standard being provided at naples restaurant. So it's better to eat at restaurant than to order home.

absolutely basic pizza !! not packed properly. see photo of how it was received. Mostly bread and very little topping. Ordered schezwan pizza, just a regular pizza with loads of dry red chillies. Quite disappointing..

I ordered 1 plate salad from Naples when I ordered I called them and told them to kindly provide some noodles and some manchurian and they also accepted but when I received the order I only received noodles and it is very spicy noodles and they also not provide spoon and frocks.so tell me how can we eat noodles without spoon

I have order garlic bread and a salad,. I got it but garlic bread was freeze and also they provided bhel instead of salad. They served ground nut, Mamara, onion, tomato etc instead of regular salad.

- very less toping - mostly bread - poor bread quality - not proper packing - poor quality cheese and veggies - not as per the description In short, not worth what you pay. Totally disappointed.

Pizza was cold as it was made 2 days ago. No taste. No freshness as well. Poor service from Naples pizza and zomato. And I also told them not to add ONIONs , but 🤦‍♂️
