I clearly gave instructions that i want to roast sub with capsicum n onion... I said not to add pickles but instead add more lettuce... Said to add only 2 sauce... I didn't say no to all veggies.... But they sent me sub With just capsicum onion lettuce... When i complained them...they accepted mistake agreed to what I said....but zomato says they didn't accept their mistake.... Very poor customer service....for such sub they charged 400 rs with gst delivery. I called restaurant chat with zomato Mail to zomato but no response... Restaurant is ready to loose loyal customers... 2nd time i got bad experience 1st time they addded no lettuce just one 2 leaf amd it was pale yellow... When i asked why they said it was over ? Lol than why do u charge full price if u dont have enough things... Worst sub experience....in rajkot Very bad manager and very rude too Never buy sub from rajkot ring road beside cafe coffee day. Please vote my review only than they might give proper better service

Wrap was nt at all good it was nt fresh even and I had clearly mention my taste in special instructions column this is d first time I m very much upset wid subway. If a customer is trusting u plz serve them proper food highly disappointed and d taste is nt at all good very very very disappointing service plz provide fresh sub i wish I could get -1 rating to give for this time highly disappointed didn't provide sauce sub has very less veggies nd even the bread selected was nt served

Worst service. I ordered a paneer sub, got a delight and when called them to tell them they argued saying they have made the right order. When showed the picture they again argued saying to go to their location and check camera. They don’t care what customer is receiving as product and didn’t do anything about it. Order from different branch race course is not good in giving services.

Bread got exchanged between veg and non veg We ordered roasted garlic for veg sub and multigrain for non veg sub But because of inattentive staff it got switched and we dint liked it.

Very very very poor service, food quality is very poor, stinks as well, very very very very very bad experience, bad at all, not acceptable from international frenchies like this

They don’t get the order what u ordered. Cheese wasn’t added. Bread wasn’t toasted. So cheap food. Not all the sauces were added also. So cheap business trick!!!

Sub was too stale...bread nd its stuffing were also musty , tasteless nd stale. mayonnaise was not add properly.sub was not hot also.very much disappointing.

Sandwich is not fresh it's smells like a Stale never again orders with subway and bread was totally hard it was hard to it.
