Temptations is one of the, if not the, most premium restaurants in the city. Boasting a decent enough rating of 4.1 on Zomato, getting a table here during weekends is nothing short of mission impossible (meaning you'll have to wait a minimum of 60 minutes, despite the restaurant being big enough to house around 100 guests). The good thing is, the waiting area is also very comfortable, instead of just normal chairs, they have cushioned chairs and sofas, and 2 versions of the famous painting 'The Last Supper' one with Hollywood and the other with Bollywood actors to keep you engaged with its creativity and sort of weirdness. The interiors are simple yet eloquent. The service is premium, so is the menu and also the prices. They had increased their prices by 10% since the last time I visited them a few months ago, but that's just good business. You take good money from your customers, and give better service in return. Infact, they are so premium that they serve real fancy, triangular crunchies as something to munch while awaiting your order. The menu is also very delightful, including dishes which you probably won't get anywhere else in Rajkot, like Mexican and some Italian and even French preparations.  The 2 times I visited this restaurant (if you ignore the 3rd time when I went on a weekend dinner, really excited only to be asked to wait 2 hours before I got a table, as there were more people waiting outside than dining inside!) here's what I tried: WHITE SAUCE PENNE PASTA: Simple and sublime. The sauce was really cheesy, thick and consistent with just the right amount of pasta and veggies. It was actually so heavy that we couldn't finish it and had the same for breakfast the next day! I really liked the smoked cheese on top which give a slight crunch to the overall cream dish.  CHIMICHANGAS: I never had thought I'll get to try this in a restaurant in Rajkot! I am not a huge Mexican fan, but it's good to try out new dishes apart from the good old Punjabi food. This dish is mainly fried burritos, but they had topped it with a nice tangy tomato based sauce, and garnished it with cheese. The best part was that the deep fried chimichanga still offered you the crunch peculiar to fried food, despite being dunked in this thick sauce for over 20 minutes (~7 of which would be me taking 20 pictures of the dish!). I'd recommend this dish to someone who wants to go a bit crazy with their order!  NANZA: As one might have guessed, a combination of Pizza and Naan, wonderfully executed by the kitchens of Temptations. The naan was stuffed with cheese, and topped with onion, tomatoes and garlic, a lot of it! Served with the side of tandoori mayonnaise, it's a nice way to introduce people of the older generation to pizza.  I so wanted to give them a 4.5 which is no longer possible, so a 4 but their delicious food and great service just forces me to give them a perfect score of 5! So yes, it's an expensive restaurant, even when compared to Mumbai (and not Rajkot), but the value for money aspect is great, making it absolutely worth it!  Happy Burping!!!

They have rightly named their restaurant. Temptation is definitely tempting and not worth missing at all. It is handled by the same owners tht of Lord's so there's no need to have a second thought about. Temptation is popular for their Mexican and Italian cuisine. Especially the Mexican pot rice is one of the best item on the menu. And the ambience is so soothing and the staff is always around to give an extra ordinary service. I loved it and would recommend it to you all too Happy eating 🤗

Temptation is genuinely one of the best restaurant in the town. Everything they serve is just amazing. Basically Temptation has food for anyone and everyone. Also sometimes it could be heavy on your pocket but it is worth it.

Let's be clear, is a visual masterpiece. From the moment you step inside, the ambience is undeniably luxurious. The decor, the lighting, the soft music – it all combines to create an atmosphere of refined elegance. The service is impeccable, attentive without being intrusive, and the staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The food, too, is undeniably high quality. Each dish is a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The ingredients are clearly top-notch, and the culinary skill is evident in every bite. There's no denying that the experience is a sensory delight. However, and this is a significant "however," the prices are simply astronomical. While the quality justifies a certain premium, the cost of a meal here feels far beyond the reach of the average middle-class family or even a group of friends looking for a casual night out. It feels as though has positioned itself exclusively for a clientele with significantly deeper pockets. While I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the lingering feeling is one of exclusivity. It's a place where you can admire the beauty and savor the flavors, but the price tag leaves a distinct taste of unattainability. It's a dream destination for a special occasion, perhaps, but a regular outing? Unfortunately, for most, that's simply not a reality.

New Review (2024) It is now overrated and highly over priced. Please check my previous review below and see the comparison. We ordered biryani and it was nothing but cheap copy of tawa pulao and the quantity was too low for the amount they charge, the taste was not good at all. Panner Angara was any other North Indian dish, nothing extraordinary. 70% Mojito glass was filled with ice. This has definitely gone down. And with this food their prices seems too HIGH! ———— One of the best restaurants of Rajkot Good ambience Good and fresh food Kind staff Satisfactory quantity Good options to choose from . There is no barcode scanner for payments, management, if you are reading this do note

Just recently visited the restaurant as the food is good and even the location is good. I know it is crowded all time waiting is not a issue but the behavior of the staff was so rude and the way they are treating people as we are beggar's. Really it's bad only serving good food is not enough please make your people to respect people the way they do is horrible.
