very impressed with the all women team of servers who were super nice and took great care of everything we needed. The ambience is excellent with nice old school music and cool winds in the open area. must visit!

The food was good and the experience was just awesome. But it is not acceptable that an optional service charge of 5% is charged on the overall bill, which i noticed after i walked out of the cafe.

Food was looking tempting but after bite we can taste bland and stored food has been served hot by just adding some sauce but pasta was fresh and well prepared

Two of your staff, Sunil and Tanveer, were very disrespectful and rude to us. We were three girls talking very politely and softly, but they wanted us to leave the cafe immediately for no reason. We wanted to talk to Pratima regarding this, but she was on lunch at that time. So, I conveyed all this to another female employee of yours. If you are the owner of the cafe reading this review, I have a kind request to keep a check on your staff's behavior. I’m pretty sure that is not how people in the hospitality business behave. I also got to know that Tanveer is your head chef, so he had no business in coming to our table and talking to us this way. You can check your camera footage for a better reference. I also said that I wouldn’t visit this cafe ever again, and their reply was, "Haan, koi jarurat nahi hai", as if they own the cafe. They never had the intent of handling the situation in a better way, but only wanted to feel powerful at that moment and satisfy their male ego. They wanted to insult us by talking to us this way, but I should tell you that your other customers also saw what happened. So, it's your image that got affected, not ours. We just wanted to have a good time. All three of us met after a very long time together, but visiting your cafe wasn't a good choice after all. I hope you take whatever action is needed in this matter.

Booked a table via District hours in advance and still got denied entry at the restaurant, claiming they were “fully booked.” There was no prior intimation—no call or update—which defeats the whole point of booking. The staff at the entrance was rude and dismissive, and didn’t even allow us to check inside. We eventually got in through someone we knew, only to find that a table was actually vacant. Only after this did they agree to seat us. What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability—they brushed it off saying bookings via District aren’t their responsibility. If that’s the stance, they shouldn’t be listed on the platform at all.
