Samrat was a pleasant surprise. The food, the service, the ambience- everything was top notch. Tanveer attended to us and was extremely polite and very helpful. His lively smile and attention to detail made the dinner experience extremely enjoyable. The live music added to the serene ambience, its a perfect place to celebrate a special ocassion or just dining out with family. We went there on a week when the restaurant was celebrating Hydrabad week. The food was just perfect. The Starters like Murg Kebab, Gulabi Fish Tikka were almost melt in the mouth. I will always trust a restaurant that can serve a good fish- it's a delicate meat that needs to be fresh and cooked to perfection. The buffet main course had selected items but each and every dish was cooked to perfection. The gosht in the biryani was tender and the Dum ka Murg was again falling off the bones. Desserts were great and nothing was overpowering sweet. The dinner ended with paan. The service was brilliant. In one word- you can go there with your eyes closed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing food and equally amazing service! Everything we ordered was delicious, but the Murgh Malai Kebab stole the show,we loved it so much that we ordered it twice! The stuffed naan was another family favourite. A special mention to Mr. Amir for his exceptional customer service. After reaching home, I noticed that I had been charged for two brownies instead of one. One call to the restaurant, and he promptly verified the bill and processed the refund without any hassle. Great food, honest service, and a team that truly cares about its customers. Highly recommended!

Chicken sweet corn soup and chicken hot n sour soup were excellent. Wok fried chicken noodles with light soy sauce was great, Chicken hakka chow was just ok. Chicken sizzler was bland and not recommended. Wok tossed chilli chicken was absolutely amazing 👏 SpicyPepper chicken was a big disappointment. Ambience was wonderful but service quality should improve a bit more.

Overall it is good. The food is nice. Ambience is also good, but the staff was clueless about things. very poor service. We had to face payment issues for the buffet, we had clarified before we started dining if they accepted swiggy or district payments for buffets for which they said they do, after dining that smug of a manager comes and tells us that online payments for buffets are not accepted. we had no problem paying but we surely felt cheated because of the inept staff and their poor communication.

On Christmas day we went for lunch there after looking into the good reviews. The starter items were moderate but the main course items were an absolute disaster. We ordered Balti Murgh, Murgh biriyani and Butter Naan. The so called murgh biriyani was a disgrace in the name of biriyani and the balti murgh which was gravy dish was equally bad. The chicken was very chewy with a bland taste of the gravy. The food at such star category hotel which charges considerably higher rate for food along with 23% tax for that the quality and tastewas very disappointing. However the staff were polite and the ambience was good. But the food ruined our Christmas day. They should consider changing their chef. One thing is clear one should not always rely on the reviews.
