I had placed order for ice cream scoop in cone. Single scoop was given in 4 times scoop that too the melted cream in cone. After complaining to give a single scoop n not the cream. He weighted that cone and as a jewlery man and removed bit melted cream. When i received the cone it was meare a cream filled in cone. I had called the owner but no responce. Better they should close ice cream counter if cant mannage.

They have a big poster saying Hygiene is our first priority but it’s exactly opposite of that. They don’t have their tables cleaned, the sauce bottle has mosquitoes over it and the vegetables are not at all fresh. Would definitely not recommend this place. Very bad experience

Very very bad service.....Pizza was spread all over the box it looked very messy and nasty also taste was soooo bad....i was not expect this literally ...i am so disappointed my money wasted 😡😡 I've never had such a bad pizza in my life

i bought dark chocolate cake from lalpur seven heaven and when opened later it was stale and tasted sour. 600 rupees wasted. and birthday of my friend wasted. when we called them. they did not even pick up the call.

Worst death by chocolate I have ever had. Also, overpriced at Rs. 370. It was just a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of brownie. Was expecting chocolate sauce and dry fruits on it with more scoop of ice cream

I ordered choco truffle cake but my mood of eating it was totally spoiled they just added excess icing on top Far different from what I ordered.

Really bad quality. I ordered cupcakes and they had fungus in them. Didn't expect it , left me disappointed.
