Ambience:- The restaurant have the two level seating area. On the first level, normal dining area is set up. And other one is open rooftop dining area. Both the seating areas are clean. What I had:- chicken biryani, chicken 65, hakka noddles, chicken lollipop.

The dining experience at Pratap residency is really nice. People should really visit as well as stay in the hotel.

Food was good. but the ambience was not that great. Also the chairs were not that clean. Go there if food is all that matters to you.

Order id - ******* shameless restaurant... 1000 times called but no response and whole food very worst taste first educate your cheff i have to double order from outside and your food in dustbin dont know how to cook and spoiling the name of dishes...yuckk and disgusting.. it was like food in salt .... what you call panner kadhai and masala kulcha garli first take a class and understand the essence... it was my first' and last order from this restaurant and i ll tag and recommend everyone not to order from here... if you give me in free i would better make eat animals not even beggar also once you taste food in your home and see people reaction else go to main road there is punjabi food truck and bunjabi dhaba near station go and take lesson what actuall nan paneer nd chillies are made.... i thing your water will taste better than your foood... close your restaurant and learn first and update your contact no. if it was there and call would have connected at the time of receiving of parcel you surely would have listen so much of abuse that you will stop fooling zomato or customer... infact eat these kind of food in your home not make customers suffer

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service provided. I had clearly ordered Vegetarian Biryani, but the restaurant served me Non-Vegetarian Biryani instead. As a vegetarian, this is not just a mistake — it is a huge emotional and ethical violation for me. The food was completely inedible and against my dietary preferences and beliefs. This level of negligence is unacceptable for any food service platform. I demand strict action against the restaurant, a full refund, and a warning issued so that such incidents don't happen to others.

For a single day visit to Ranchi i decided to order from this restaurant. We order chicken chilly. I have never had a worse experience than this one. It was very bad. Not at all worth our money. It costed us ₹116/-

It was awesome food but the problem is i received my order in less quantity, i ordered 5 tandoori roties but i received only 4. Hope it will not heppen again.

They cancelled my order after one hour, very poor and irresponsible service
