Radisson Blu Hotel Ranchi truly delivers a premium 5-star experience. The ambiance is elegant, the hospitality is warm, and our stay was extremely comfortable. Breakfast at the Waterfront restaurant was a highlight of our visit. Heartfelt thanks to Aniket Kumar and Sanjana for their exceptional service—professional, polite, and very attentive. They made our morning experience delightful. Highly recommended.

The prices shown on buffet listing 2000 for two don’t match the ones listed on the dining app, which was quite disappointing and misleading. It would be better if the pricing was consistent across platforms to avoid confusion for customers.

The ambience service all were up to the remarks but the taste of the food was not expected by Radisson restaurant it was just a sour type food

We ordered a pizza (non vegetarian) it was horrible not at all cooked. Sauce had no flavour.

Disappointing Dinner Buffet – Not Worth the Price The salad and main course dishes were completely stale and lacked freshness. The steamed rice was hard and almost inedible. It was clear that the food had been sitting out for too long, which was quite disappointing for a restaurant of this standard. The only saving grace was the live counter, where the food was freshly prepared and actually enjoyable. However, given the overall poor quality of the buffet, it hardly made up for the rest of the meal. For the price they charge(2300 including taxes ) I expected much better quality and freshness. Definitely not worth it—wouldn’t recommend it unless they improve their standards.

Horrible service , had to wait for 30+ min to get veg Biryani , which had stone in it . Also it tasted like an average restaurant which we can get ₹200 instead of paying ₹600 here . Also table size for 2 looks like table for 1 . Also we can see employee fighting in front of the customer . How can someone call this a 5 star hotel.

Buffet price is ₹2000 per person (exclusive of GST), whereas ₹1800 was mentioned on the Dineout/District app, which felt misleading. The service was quite slow, and the taste did not match the high pricing. Overall, the experience was average — Barbeque Nation is still far better in terms of value, service, and food quality.

We went there for a buffet. 3 out of 4 people had food poisoning after having it.Fish had a horrible smell and tasted stale. All the items in the buffet were below average in taste.
