The watermelon juice and banana shake were fresh and nice. The paneer sandwich however was not good. They had mashed paneer and mixed with ketchup and some sauce and made the filling into a paste, so much so that it was falling from the sides and became messy. More than that, when we gave this feedback he wasn't looking too open to listen. Earlier though I noticed one of staff guys approaching one of guests who was a non-Indian woman and asked her, "how was the food, mam?" I'm observing this disparity quite frequently in Rishikesh. Your guests are your guests, be it any ethnicity. Serve them good food and listen to their feedback when they provide one.

writting this review when i am sitting in the restaurant, 20 mins to order and yet to have my food on table, forget abt food, i asked for bottle of water that is also awaited, some how i get feeling that service to foreignors are prioritize... feel owner only wants foreigner crowd , in that case it should be only foreignors cafe, dis respecting local indian people will not help the cause mate.. writting this review before even tastig the food....

A decent place...Trying to give an ancient look and ambience with an old cooler and benches....The food was satisfactory. I wudnt count it in must visit place in Rishikesh but it wasn't that bad as well...The staff was friendly.

For first timers in Rishikesh, check it out. Holds the familiarity of a cafe with the usual menu... of ordering anything that doesn't belong in a cafe, go someplace else. Pick up a book and head over for good read.

Cafe karma is a nice place to hangout but they serves you Tasteless food and overpriced dishes.. If you are interested in ambience part ..then it's good you can catch up your vibes ..

ambience I'd lil cool with dilapidated furniture. horrible service and even horrible food. portion size nothing but very confusing. senseless staff.

The food was just average. Coffee was horrible. The staff was friendly but the service was really really slow. The ambience of the restaurant is alright

I will try to be polite … trying … trying.… trying I went to Cafe Karma with 2 local friends around 5 pm this afternoon. We ordered our food to be delivered to our place, located very close to them. They were supposed to deliver our food at 8:00 pm. We called several times and they kept telling us that our order would be arriving in 15 minutes. Every time we called we were told the same. Finally our food arrived at 9:05 pm!!! An order that we placed in person at 5:00 pm!!!

Waiting time- Takes 15 minutes to just to place order. After placing order, takes 45 minutes for order to come. Tables are not clean, have to request them to clean tables. They forget to serve water. However, if you are a foreigner, you get a good service.

the cafe was way too shitty.shitty food shitty people shitty owner ..they have different attitude towards INDIANS.they pushed few of us.they dont deserve to be on ZOMATO. 3rd class food..avoid going there
