Great environment and service, with clean healthy food. Came as a recommendation from my friend, and didn't let me down -very good , and shambala cafe is one of the best place in Rishikesh with ganga view .

The vibe and scene is really amazing. very peaceful. staff is also very nice. And the food was worth the money. quantity is very much for all the things. I ate quesadilla, peri peri fries and hot chocolate

Lovely staff and lovely great value for money food!! Mostly massive portions! Great budget place to come for music, people just pick up the drums and have a jam session here! Also great view of the Ganga

I recently had a deeply unsettling experience at Shambala Cafe in Rishikesh. Contrary to the positive reviews highlighting its ambiance and food quality , my visit was marred by unprofessional and threatening behavior from the owner. Upon placing our order, we faced significant delays without any communication or updates from the staff. When we inquired about the status of our meal, the owner responded not with an apology, but with hostility, ultimately canceling our order without justification. This abrupt cancellation, coupled with the owner’s aggressive demeanor, left us feeling unsafe and disrespected.

The only good thing is the floor seating with a great view of the Ganges and Ram Jhula. Otherwise food is horrible. The aglio olio pasta was very less in quantity and terrible to taste. They couldn’t get the simplest pasta right. Then we ordered the pizza with your choice of sauce and veggies. We were promised a pesto sauce pizza. The pizza came without any base sauce. Forget pesto, there wasn’t even a tomato sauce base. Really bland and disappointing. And the service staff when asked about the food was being all smug and tough about it. Couldn’t even answer properly. 👎🏽

One of the worst cafes in Rishikesh! Don’t go here - A humble request. Food was pathetic and drinks were bad in taste. Only the view from the cafe is good.
