Me and my family came to dinner last night, for your 5 course 'Tasting' menu. Our first time at your restaurant. Our first time at your restaurant. We had heard many good things from friends but naturally wanted to see and taste for ourselves. One word - 'Exceptional!' Your food is outstanding and service excellent. What a delight to have such an establishment so near to us. We'll return. 😇✌🏻

Everything about this restaurant was great. The place and greeter was very nice. Our server was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food was fresh and awesome. Then we also had dessert and that was really good as well. Great atmosphere with really nice people. I'm definitely going back. 💕🔥

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in The Arches. I had a three course meal, with a couple of beverages. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a romantic cuisine. Highly recommended. 👌🏻❤️

This spot gives extraordinary service and yummy meals. One of my favourite restaurants around town. The meals served rapidly and the rates were reasonable. Highly recommended.

The place is very aesthetic and has a beautiful ambience. The menu is elaborated I ordered tofu grigliate which came with risotto and the taste was extremely bizarre. The service people are confused and extremely unprofessional.

We went for a visit after reading the amazing reviews but as they say, never trust something without experiencing it yourself. The place is Instagram friendly, yes! Has an amazing view, totally! Good service, yes! But the thing we wanted to be the best, the food, an absolute no no. Maybe the international tourists would like it since it lacks any flavor. We went it for a veg Buddha bowl and the barbeque paneer burgers along with a hazelnut frappe but were very disappointed. No flavors and the meal was full of readymade market sauces. If you need good food, try something else.

Walked nearly 20 minutes to visit this café in Rishikesh after hearing so much about it, only to leave disappointed before even getting seated. What made the experience frustrating was that there wasn’t even a huge waiting crowd. It was literally just us waiting, and still the management somehow couldn’t manage to accommodate properly. Meanwhile, tables were being occupied so inefficiently — two people sitting at a six-seater, one person occupying a four-seater — and the staff made absolutely no effort to balance or organize the seating. We waited around 45 minutes watching this happen while the staff moved painfully slowly and seemed completely unbothered. Basic hospitality includes managing space smartly when customers are waiting, especially when the waiting line is practically nonexistent. After walking all the way here from Lucknow expectations were naturally high, but the experience felt poorly managed and honestly inconsiderate. A café can have good aesthetics and populari

We had ordered a serving of French fries for our kids. It took more than 40mins for it to arrive. When we spoke to the manager about it he was extremely rude and became argumentative. Coffee wasn’t great either.
