Hello foodies of Steel City! I would highly recommend the breads (naan, roti) and main course dishes of Neelam restaurant as a perfect meal. I have been a regular customer since months and I really loved the preparation and quantity of food served. I am expecting them not to disappoint anyone. The chef is seriously making the food from bottom of his/her heart. Thanks for serving good food 🍲. Happy meal 😊✌️

The food is tasty, Serving is Good But they are using too much Oil . and the serving quality is too much less.. I hope they will consider and will make a good reputation

Nowadays not only they provide tasteless food but also lack of service. In this lockdown, where we r dependant only on Zomato for delivering food from this restaurant...these people behaves irritatingly more n more. If you call them to ask something or mention some instructions after placing orders, they will never respond...how the hell should i state my instructions then ? Even if there's crowd then also u r expected to receive the calls of the customers because we pay for the service. But the moron manager behaves as if he is giving us free food...so so disappointed by the behaviour of the hotel staff that I am nomore intending to place any future order with this restaurant. To the hotel staffs n managers - if you can't manage your orders efficiently, pls don't run the business. Shut the hotel operation, sit back n relax at home coz u r bound to provide efficient service to all your customers despite of anything. We are not sitting to listen to ur excuses or tantrums.

In order to Cover up the smell and stinky chicken pieces sauteed chilly chicken with Methi.Fenugreek leaves....As all know it has a strong fragrance....chicken smelled awe full like two three days old..Due to summer and rose temperature might have gone bad without pepper refrigeration.still customer service should not be compromised by the Restaurant....shame not checking food and providing Old smelly food. Very disappointing.

Worst Manchurian I have ever eaten in whole india. I have a peaceful suggestion for you please change the chef otherwise sadak pe ajaoge kyu ki the person you have hired is bawarchi not a chef personally I will never order from you and will ask all my knows not to order from you literally worst Manchurian worst fingersticks Usse acha mat becho agar de nhi parahehoto
