The hotel food is very tasty, and the atmosphere is great. However, the service is quite slow, and the staff are not attentive to our requests. They seem more focused on attending to newly arriving customers. The welcoming experience was good, though. We had to ask for a baby chair four times before it was finally provided. When we placed our order, we informed one staff member, but he appeared to repeat the same to another staff member and noted it down as well, which caused confusion. We also ordered dessert, but it was never served. When we finally asked about the delay, we were told that the order had not been placed and were asked to wait another two minutes. At that point, we decided to cancel it.
