I have been ordering for for elderly. Every day they miss something on delivery. Today they forgot to pack Vada , no masala for poori, no sambar , missing lots of items with every order . If you can’t do the job properly then don’t run the business. There is a pandemic going on and be concerned that most of the delivery food are for elderly and Covid patients. We’re just asking for the food we paid for . Be responsible Shiv saivihar. Thanks

Even after calling the restaurant and reminded , they missed one item in the parcel and not enough chutny and sambar. They have very irresponsible behaviour for the online people. I am sure about others but I had very worst experience. For the time constraint we are going for online but again they are eating up our time by following with them. Refund won't satisfy our hungry, it's again like they have doubled the work for us.
