Best place to be with family for A-la-carte. Polite staff and Reasonable price. The order takers are well aware of all the dishes and also chef himself comes to the guest and asks for choice of taste which is a add on @ this restaurant.

One of the best place in Salem to have the Italian dishes. Staff Responses is simply amazing. Twice a month could see me at Saffron. <3 Waiting for more exciting dishes to be added to the menu card.

The best in Salem. Buffet spread was excellent. Taste wise no compromise the lip smacking food. Special mention to @Mr Ashok kumar best person with the cool gesture. Waiting visit again soon ..

i had been there for lunch today,Wonderful food and a Beautiful Atmosphere. Staffs are excellent. I had the North Indian Thali and it’s out of the world. Will definitely go back here..

Excellent Ambience and Steward teams are best. I personally liked their buffalo wings that's my favourite dish. They usually have lunch buffet and some discounts on A-la-carte menu in specific weekdays. Definitely you should try it out if you're in Salem.

Long pending review. One of the highly disappointing outings for a get together that was happening after 2 years of Covid drama. The restaurant had very poor manpower, hardly 2-3 people to cater the entire restaurant of huge groups. The servers forgot half of the order as well (not to blame them, felt pity that they were handling almost entire restaurant with no help). Very slow delivery of food. And to top it up, Non availability of almost every other item on the menu. Only the basic items were available. Regretted the decision of choosing to try out this new place instead of the tried and tested Radisson. Will never again make this mistake. The only good thing was the ambience and taste of few dishes which were average or above par. The Cream of Broccoli and Ministrone Soups were above par. Sriracha Prawns did not have any excellent flavour, but the prawns were good enough. Malai broccoli again was okayish. Peri Peri Chicken Nuggets was dry and hard. Not up to the mark. None of our preferred Main courses were available and the ones we ended up with, Well cannot comment on that much, since we were having it just to fill the stomachs quickly, since we had a movie to catch later. Overall, the 2 stars are just for some of the good dishes we had in overall. The service, variety and availability were full letdown. Maybe good for ordering the available dishes through Zomato. Never ever plan this restaurant for a family get together. Go with Radisson.

Its has a very good ambience but the food was really not worth having. Burgers and pastries in local bakery tastes better than these.tried chicken 65 but was hard and no taste. But really a nice place to chill with coffee which was the only thing worth having.

Service was very poor, napkins and cutlery weren't provided in a timely manner. Quantity of Chinese veg starter was very less. Plates weren't cleared timely either. Food was however decent/good.
