Always a fan of Radisson because I live in Hosur and the nearest reputed Star hotel with a great ambience is always fun. Especially we love the buffet spread here

We were early and staffs accomodated us. Food was awesome. Chefs were available at the counter to treat us with their expertise. Nice and quick.

Have dined here twice so far. The best restaurant in Salem to have good North Indian or Continental Food. The Malai Broccoli Kebab is just mouth watering and one of the best I have had so far. The Hazarwi Murgh Tikka was also good and tender. Tadka ki Galouti was good for a Salem restaurant, but could have been better. The Penne Pink Sauce Pasta was creamy and tasted good. The standout Main course was the Dum Mutton Biryani. Although Salem has multiple other good biriyani outlets, this had a different blend of Saffron and Basmati rice. The Khao Suey was definitely not a suggestion. Maybe the coconut flavour on the Soupy noodle was not a popular flavour and will be careful in ordering this again. One letdown was the Plain Cheescake we ordered for takeaway and surprisingly got the Blueberry flavour at home. As a person who loved the Authentic Yellow cream of cheesecake, was a bit disappointed. But ordered it through Zomato once again to experience the taste and definitely deserves a 5 star. Overall anyone planning for a good family get together in Salem can prefer Radisson over any other place. Ambience and Service was also good and the food will make it worth. Must Try: Malai Broccoli Kebab, Mutton Dum Biriyani, Cheesecake

I went for a dinner buffet . The spread was really good . There were about 20-30 varieties . Right from Idly to Bhel puri were available . It's actually vegetarians paradise. I would have preferred little more concentration on the non veg starters . Apart from that its worth every single penny . We were a group of 4 and the bill was only Rs.3777 (inclusive of tax ). As there was crowd i felt service was little bit on the negative side .They even provided a complementary cake .

Sunday cribbing It's a pathetic experience for all of our family to have a pathetic buffet experience in such a reputed property of Radisson blue salem. 12,000+ gone wasted for us 9 pax It's buffet not a single item is warm or hot . Only 3 service person for the whole of 15 plus tables with more than 40 PPL during the lunch session In our whole stay of 1hr approx we were filled water just once . No spoons we need to go to the service counter pick our own SOUP SPOON to eat all including desserts . For a table of 9 people 2 roti and 2 naan were given . In short sathiyam Inga pogave maten . Such a waste of time money energy and everything atleast food Nala iruntha paravala adhuvum illa . About the food Not one item was hot or warm . tawa fish after request it was done fresh but the masala wasn't cooked properly it's like the fish was fried first masala coated then cooked for few minutes and served . Live counters . Yes you had three counters pasta pizza and appam .. with one chef handling all three counters with options of veg pizza white pasta and appam stew . So this is a live counter Next most of the items were empty there wasn't a prompt refil by the captain or the service . Water never filled after multiple request and reminder got filled once .. but what to do when 3-4 people handling a buffet of 40+ ppl Just because there was a party at your ball room for 1000 pax either you shouldn't have accepted the buffet booking or done justice to the amount paid . You dint even bother to satisfy us . We paid full 12000+ Inr for 9 pax to eat cold and pathetic food . Never wasted so much money . Will never recommend anyone for this again . En kavala en sogam en nashtam if you let me write i would for the whole day on this

Really horrible service. I had contacted Mr. Gokul regarding my order and had told him exactly what I required and the exact quantity, we had also mentioned the time to him and told him that we require the food on the dot. The phulkas were cold and tight, the dal was cold and paneer was tight. I do no understand how they could mess up such a simple order. It was just dal and phulkas. The onions slices which should be served first was served in the end, they started running around to get bowls for dal in the end after keeping the dal on the table. Not at all recommended for anyone.

The food here is neither tasty nor fresh. We ordered chicken drumstick.It had a bad smell and taste was also not good.I had some stomach upset too. then we had a chocolate mousse cake.It was too rubbery. it didn't taste like a mousse at any sense.. Overall had a very bad experience with the food.

Visited Radisson Blu Salem and sadly, the food fell short 😊. - ⁰Even after requesting ginger, Tea lacked that zing of ginger - Bhajiya needed salt and masala - Sandwiches were a miss Overall, food was a disappointment 🙏

Came here on a Sunday. Ordered an Alacarte . Chicken kadhai was cold. Lime soda was hot. Service was slow. Ordered gulab jaamun. Again was very cold. Bad experience
