Had a great evening at Shimla Brewing Company — easily one of the better spots in town if you enjoy craft beer. Tried a couple of their in-house brews including a Belgian-style wheat beer and their apple cider, both really fresh and easy to drink. Ordered some bar bites along with it — the drunken onion rings and chilli chicken were perfect with the beer. The space itself is quite fun, especially the seating and overall vibe, feels like a proper evening hangout. Stayed longer than planned — good music, relaxed crowd, and the kind of place where you can easily spend a few hours without realising. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Shimla.

We were looking for a place with good food, drinks and views, and Shimla Brewing Company delivered on all three. The freshly brewed wheat beer was excellent, and the apple cider was surprisingly good. Ordered chilli chicken and a pizza to go with the drinks, and both were spot on. The terrace overlooking the hills is probably the best part of the experience — especially once the lights start coming on across Shimla. Friendly service, good music and a very relaxed vibe. One of those places you end up recommending to everyone visiting the city.

While we came here reading great reviews , I would say they are all true, the ambience is lovely and inviting , the hammock seating adds an excellent experience especially if the sun is out. A little bit of fear too for those easily 😱 scared! I enjoyed lounging on it thoroughly. The staff is very courteous and polite . Tasted all 4 beer sampler and decided to go with apple cider as dark ale was not to my taste here. The cider was very good. The food was warm and served promptly. Nice place great experience polite staff. Two thumbs 👍 up.

Stopped by Shimla brewing for dinner and really enjoyed the experience. We started with the Drunken Onion Rings and Chicken Wings, both went perfectly with the freshly brewed Blonde Queen lager. Later we also tried the Purani Dilli Aslam Chicken, which was tender and full of flavour. The beer tasted genuinely fresh and you can tell it's brewed in-house. Live music, quick service and a lively crowd made it one of the best evenings we had in Shimla.

Visited Shimla Brewing Company for dinner and had a great time. The vibe is youthful and relaxed, and their freshly brewed beer tastes amazing. We ordered a mix of starters and a pizza — everything was flavourful and came out fresh and fast. The staff is polite and helpful, and the overall experience feels very welcoming. A lovely spot for friends, couples or even a casual evening out on Mall Road. Highly recommended!

Loved the energy at Shimla Brewing Company. The fresh brewed beer is definitely the highlight – we tried the lager and the wheat beer, both very smooth and refreshing. The place has a great pub vibe with DJ music, good crowd and mountain views outside, which makes it a really fun night out. Also had some pub snacks and pizza, which paired really well with the beer. Easily one of the best nightlife spots in Shimla.

The craft beer brought us in, but the atmosphere made us stay. Tried the apple cider beer and a tasting flight, both excellent. The hill views from the seating area are incredible after dark and the music was just the right level. We also ordered chilli chicken and a pizza to share, both surprisingly good for a brewery. Great energy, friendly staff and probably the most enjoyable evening we had in Shimla

What an amazing place! Shimla Brewing Company has the best freshly brewed beers in town — we tried the strong blone beer and wheat, both excellent. The food menu complements the drinks perfectly. Easily one of the best microbreweries in Shimla.

A great place for good food and music. The burgers, fries, and craft beer were all amazing. Loved the view from the terrace — makes it one of the best pubs in Shimla for an evening out with friends.

ambience is fine. We enjoyed the beer however the food and service was really disappointing, we had asked multiple times just to get the bill and leave early.
