Visited SkyBar around sunset and managed to get a table overlooking the valley. We ordered the in-house Wit-Ty Monkey Belgian Wit along with a couple of cocktails, and both were excellent. The Loaded Tex Mex Nachos and Chicken Wings were fresh, crispy and perfect with the drinks. As it got darker, the city lights looked beautiful from the rooftop and the music created a great atmosphere without being too loud. Easily one of the nicest rooftop evenings we've had in Shimla. The rooftop also serves the in-house craft beers from Shimla Brewing Company, including the Wit-Ty Monkey, Blonde Queen and seasonal brews.

SkyBar is such a great spot for an evening in Shimla. The rooftop views over the mountains and town lights are honestly the highlight, especially around sunset when the sky changes colours. We ordered a couple of cocktails and some light bites, and just sat there enjoying the breeze and the view for a long time. The vibe is lively but still relaxed — more about chilling with friends and good drinks than anything too loud. Perfect place to end the night after walking around Mall Road.

Stopped by Cafe Simla Times for a late lunch that turned into one of the best afternoons in Shimla. The Exotic Veggie pizza was fresh, loaded, and perfectly crisp, and the fresh fruit cocktail was honestly one of the best I’ve had—light, refreshing, not overly sweet. What really made it special was the vibe—great music, relaxed crowd, and those unbeatable valley views. You don’t feel rushed here, which is rare. Stayed back for sunset and didn’t regret it for a second.

Had an amazing evening at SkyBar Shimla! 🌌 The rooftop vibes, great music, and mountain views made dinner feel magical. Tried their thin crust pizza and a couple of cocktails — both were top-notch! 🍕🍸 Easily one of the best restaurants in Shimla Mall Road for a relaxed night out with friends. Can’t wait to visit again!

Had a great evening at SkyBar. The views from the rooftop are beautiful, especially after sunset. The food and drinks were both very good, and the overall atmosphere was lively without feeling too crowded or noisy. Visited SkyBar around sunset and stayed till late evening. The open setup with the valley view is honestly the highlight. Ordered a couple of cocktails and some small bites — drinks were nicely balanced, not too strong or diluted. The live music set the perfect evening vibe, the experience was worth it!
