I visited your café and decided to order a cheesecake. Before placing the order, I inquired about its freshness, to which your staff assured me that it was indeed fresh. However, I was taken aback when I asked if strawberry sauce could be added, only to be informed that this would cost an additional 100 rupees. I found this extra charge quite unreasonable for a simple sauce. My disappointment deepened when I received my order. The cheesecake was far from fresh; it lacked taste and had an unappetizing hardness to it. I tried to take a few bites, but I soon became concerned about the possibility of stomach upset due to the quality of the dessert. I must say that this experience has left me with a very negative impression of Café Coffee Day, and I have decided that I will not be trying anything from your menu again. I believe it's essential for a brand like Café Coffee Day to maintain the quality of its products and ensure customer satisfaction. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving the quality of your offerings at the City Centre Mall Shimoga branch to regain the trust and loyalty of your customers.
