I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. They never provide the wheat bun unless you specifically remind them, even though you already paid for it. At the billing counter, they always ask if the customer wants a wheat bun, but during delivery, it’s never included. Imagine a first-time customer who doesn’t even know the difference between a normal bun and a wheat bun—they’ll never realize they are being shortchanged. On top of that, they don’t inform customers in advance if certain toppings are unavailable, so the burger arrives incomplete. The amount of sauces in the burgers is also very less, which makes them dry and tasteless. Overall, it feels like they cut corners at the cost of customer satisfaction.
