Had a great experience at Hi Spirits! The ambiance was lively, the food and drinks were excellent, and the overall service was impressive. A special mention to Praveen, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Ordered pizza, fries and beer. The food was made within a decent wait time. Nothing extraordinary but we did enjoy the food. The ambience is great, interiors done well. I visited on an afternoon and it was moderately crowded. Would not mind visiting again.

I had ordered pork sausages and khutaa ko achaar pork the sausages were little tasteless but it was good once I added a pinch of salt that could be because of my own taste choices was unhappy with the khutta Ko achaar little spices added it looked yum but i felt it wasn't upto the mark with more chillies and spices it would really taste yum ..

The guards at this bar were absolutely horrible. On January 1st, I went to this place alone. I was drinking peacefully, caused no trouble, paid my bill, and was finishing my last beer. It was around 2 AM when a bouncer approached my table and asked me to leave. I politely told him I would finish my cigarette and leave within five minutes. My beer was already half-finished and I wasn’t even planning to complete it. Just seconds later, another bouncer came and rudely said, “Aae chal chal, jaldi nikal yaha se.” I calmly requested him not to speak to me like that. He replied, “Tu hai kaun?” and then suddenly grabbed my collar, pulled me out of my seat, and pushed me outside—three times. I asked him why he was behaving like this and tried explaining the situation to the other bouncers. I demanded an apology for his behavior. Instead of helping, they started blaming me, saying it must be my fault too. This made me furious because I had spent nearly ₹4000 inside the bar and paid another ₹1000 as a cover charge. I was there to drink safely. I had my food, stayed seated, and even played chess. I didn’t talk to anyone except the waiter. There was absolutely no misconduct from my side. While I was explaining everything, they pushed me again and asked me to leave. After the fourth push, I lost my temper and abused them. Anyone would react after being physically assaulted without reason—especially while already drunk. After that, 7–8 bouncers ganged up on me, kicked me in the chest, and fractured my chest wall. I cried the entire night on January 2nd. I did nothing wrong and was brutally beaten for no reason. This place is filled with goons pretending to be bouncers.

The servers were busy chitchattingbover the bar counter and not paying attention to the table. Need to focus on the table. Had to call numerous times just to place an order

Service was very slow , we ordered pizza and it was told that we will get it in15-20 minutes, however within an hour also it was not served and we got late for movie
