i ordered through zomato and the food product was same as i ordered and the packaging was top notch it , the packaging was good and loved the food and the food was delivered so fast and the food was hot as i expected from kfc cosmos , theg never dissapoint me regarding their service thann you so much for the best service 😋

I am usually someone who gives 4-5 stars in the review rating section for all orders but today is an exception as the food delivered today from kfc was horrible. The chicken popcorn was over burnt, dry, hard and flavourless. I hadn’t seen a more sad looking box of french fries before this. And the hot and crispy chicken tasted stale too. I have noticed that the quality varies according to the different kfc outlets in siliguri ( city centre serving the best and cosmos outlet serving the worst)
