I had visited this restaurant with my family the menus options are an excellent value and the dining experience overall is very pleasant. I will definitely recommend it as a nice place to go with family & friends. Do try their famous masala dosa it really yummy

toilet ka smell bahar aata h in shooting area. roti pehle de diya, daal ready nhi tha. waiter ko bola , so he said aap owner ko complain kar do. paani bottle dene mein bhi 20 min lagate hai. owner ko complain kiya to bola ki sir best restaurant h siliguri ka and hum improve karenge. but it seemed like he s least interested. pathetic experience, twice in few months time. ab nhi jaunga.

Previously the taste of Dal Makhani used to be good and delicious but, this time I am disappointed. The taste of Dal Makhani wasn't good and it was so much sour. Seems like added 4 to 5 lemons in a box of Dal makhani. Total waste of money...!!! Very much disappointed with Sagar. Never gonna order from Sagar again.

Baasi khana dia Khana mei gandh maar raha tha Phekna pada pura khanna Next time not ordering in Zomato and sagar as well Naam chal gaya hai Kaam ka kich bhi nahi hai

Worst behaviour, Misguiding rude policy,regarding cold drink .no water serverd but billed package water. Never recommend
