We visited here for my husband's birthday. I reserved a table for a-la-cartè lunch on a Tuesday. When we got there, they didn't have a record of my reservation. I requested for a cake during the call while reserving but as they didn't have any record of my reservation, they didn't provide the cake. Maybe they would have provided with one had I insisted on arrival but as we already had cake earlier at home, I didn't push much. This was the only disappointing experience. Everything else was good. The ambience is great. They do have an outdoor dining area but they aren't serving it there currently. We had lunch indoors.

J W Marriott has always been famous for serving delicacy. Now for the first time, I tried Marrott Buffet in Siliguri, known as Siliguri Kitchen. They serve you variety of food, from indian to Chinese to Italian.. And the dessert section is just heavenly. Definitely a must try.

I went to cinnamon by courtyard Marriott. The service was pathetic and the staff had no manners. They served cold food. The food was below average. The staff should learn that they belong to a service sector. They ruined our evening

Very rude staff. They were not at all helpful. Service took more than 1 hour food is below average as compared to other places in similar price range. They take 15 mins to fulfill a request of water.
