Order Fruit Punch,Mango Smoothie,Chicken Wings,Kofta Mutton Biriyani and Malai Kabab the food was great. The quality and quantity both was sufficient. The ambience was also good. Wound definitely recommend the Kofta Mutton Biriyani and Murgh Malai Kabab. Good place to hangout with friends and family

It is situated in city centre, Siliguri. The place is not bad. However, I will deduct few marks for the quality of food. But, you can come over this once to enjoy with your family

In chicken satay there is no flavor of lemon grass or any marination. It was Bland tasteless fried chicken. If dont know how to make please dont add it in your menu .Waste of money . In barbariska pasta vegitables were missing. Seems chief prepares whatever he likes as per his choice. Not as per the menu or what customer ordered. If you do not have ingredients to prepare then honestly tell your customer you will not be able to serve that particular dish that time. Dont just serve anything to your customers.

We were habitual visitor of this restaurant for last 9 mths, all thanks to Dibyendu (staff). He used to greet n treat us with warmth n serve us good food with smile. Today, we found out he left. Although we were served with good food again, but staff behaviour was horrible. Waiting period for each food ordered was min half hour. Wen requested to serve coffee n starters at an interval, dey refused with harsh words. Too much grieved to write abt d restaurant which was an emotion for me in past months.

No no no!!!! After lockdwn the cook must have changed. The chkn baskets chicken was over fried till dark , tasted more of stale chicken n soda, veg chowmein was over boiled n its grave was so bad.( if u dont Know how to make says - its not available). Russian salad - lord !!!! 🤢🤢 big chunks of roughly cut cabbage.. fried bread cubes .,. Never again !!!!!!!!!!

Although the ambience was good, the experience was dissapointing. Found flies on my food. AC not working. No manager present to take feedback or supervise. Staff unaware of how service recoveries are executed. Apologies extended out of compulsion.

Amazing food but horrible behaviour by the head staff. Food were dumped into our table after a prolonged waiting period. No complaints for the food but highly disappointed with the behavior.
