We ordered 2 drinks and 2 dishes, but the waitress forgot one of the dishes and only placed an order for one dish along with the drinks. After waiting for nearly an hour, when we asked about the food, another staff member told us that we had ordered only one dish. Later, the waitress also claimed that we had ordered only one dish, which was incorrect. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff tried to shift the blame onto us. The service was unprofessional, and the lack of accountability made the experience very frustrating. I hope the management improves staff attentiveness and customer service.

They are a pub but they can't control unruly customers. I went solo to their city centre outlet and there was a drunk man seated on the table next to me. He was screaming and I felt intimidated but the staffs could not control him or send him out. I had to leave the place in panic before I could order the food. Please learn how to manage such situations before opening a pub.
