Food is good service is bad like it take too much time to provide your order or the bill or menu on attending your table your waiting for 10 to 15 minute just do somebody come to your table to take your order your bring the bill

we ordered Peri peri pizza, the bread was very hard but it tasted decent... the workers hold attitude, service is very slow

They are a pub but they can't control unruly customers. I went solo to their city centre outlet and there was a drunk man seated on the table next to me. He was screaming and I felt intimidated but the staffs could not control him or send him out. I had to leave the place in panic before I could order the food. Please learn how to manage such situations before opening a pub.

Service was delays AC wasn’t working in the cafe so we sat inside beer republic but ended up finding cockroaches all over table sit and wall which apparently caused issues and went to food..
