have visited twice in interval of 3 years and the experience have been the worst. I have been to more than 250+ restaurants but never seen so unmanaged, bad quality of food and minimum effort to provide customer the food they are charging for. The only thing is the structure and decoration which for me doesnt count if you cant serve a proper naan. There are many aspects the management should be looking into but to ease things up ill list a few: 1) Always serve hair free food . Customer doesnt want forigen particles in their food. Espicially in a Mocktail. 2) Train the waiter to serve whats ordered. I order American Cheese Sizzler but was served Nishraj Special which btw nothing had special other the burning noises. 3)Hire a chef who know the difference between. a naan and Papad. You are not a 5 Star which can charge 50 Rs for a papad. 4) Hire a staff who knows how fast to serve rather than sit around. 5 Cutlery was unclean. I hope you are familiar with the concept of water and Vim bar. Never going back again as I have been disappointed twice.
