I asked the waiter for a Veg Party at the restaurant in Sohna. He said it's not available. I went to the place where it was kept and asked the person who makes the dishes he said 1 piece is available and that was visible in the show piece. Then I went to my seat and asked the waiter to bring the same as the chef confirmed. He said we can't give it to you please talk to them again. I went there again and asked the chef it's available and the waiter will serve at your seat soon. When I went to my seat, that incompetent and unprofessional waiter said in a louder tone that it can't be served as it's not there, while the chef confirmed that second time. I got pissed off by such a horrible experience at OM Sweets.

Order a idli and vada mix with sambhar costing 130 rupees it was very very poor quality as they have served frozen vada and idli after microvawed it. When we have complained about it the captain said ye toh asise hi milta hai fresh banane me 1 hour lagta hai. He was rude. Had bad experience first time sohna location om sweets.

Behaviour sound rude to me.. we reached on 12:03 and they refused to serve alloo puri.. the person who handled the table he said we close 10 min before and the reply was rude.. it’s request pls took some buffer as I was late for 3 min only

We were denied several items of menu stating they were not available We were served wrong items Food had hair and rotten vegetables
