“Very disappointing experience at Brook & Pines. We visited in the evening but were denied entry just because we were stag guests. The staff was not very polite or welcoming while explaining the policy. It would be better if they clearly mentioned such rules beforehand to avoid wasting customers’ time. The place may look good, but the customer experience left a bad impression.”
