I had a wonderful dining experience at themis greek house murthal restaurant. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served fresh. The service was excellent, and the staff were very polite, attentive, and professional. The ambience was comfortable and welcoming, making the entire dining experience memorable. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend the restaurant and look to visiting again.

I had amazing time at Themis Greek house Murthal. I went with my family and we had the monsoon thali which was super yum. The kesar chai was so soothing along with pakode which was perfect for the weather. My kid enjoyed their as they have a play area too.

We tried their chicken, paneer tikka, desi thali, pav bhaji and gol gappe. The food was amazing and also the vibes were really good . Must try their thali, paneer tikka and pav bhaji as they were my favourite 🤌

Yesterday, we visited Themis Greek House, Murthal, for a special family lunch. We were a group of 14 people, and I was the host. I had planned this outing with great excitement, and we drove nearly 100 km expecting a memorable fine dining experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I have ever had. After reaching the restaurant, no one attended to us for almost 30 minutes. We were left standing without anyone guiding us to a table or even acknowledging our presence. Since we were a large family, we requested a slightly private seating area. We were informed that it was a luxury section with higher charges, which we were completely willing to pay. However, we were then told that we could only sit there if we brought our own liquor under their BYOB policy. We somehow managed that as well. Once seated, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working properly. Everyone was sweating, making the dining experience extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, no one came to offer us water or even provide glasses. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, I had to personally go and complain before someone finally attended to us. Throughout the lunch, we repeatedly had to call the staff for basic service. Food was not served properly, no one checked on our table, and there was absolutely no attention to customer service. Despite paying a bill of nearly ₹11,600, the level of hospitality was unacceptable. Not a single manager or staff member came to ask for feedback or apologize for the inconvenience. What should have been a joyful and memorable family gathering became an embarrassing and frustrating experience. As the host, I felt extremely disappointed because I had brought my entire family so far expecting a premium dining experience, but the poor service completely ruined the occasion. I genuinely cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience, and I would not choose to visit again. Themis Greek House seriously needs to improve its customer service, staff responsiveness, and overall hospitality. A beautiful ambience alone is not enough when the service is this poor.
