Today I ordered Bedmi Puri Aloo from a Bikanervala , hoping for a spicy, tangy delight—but what I got was shockingly bland. The Bedmi puris were flat and lifeless—no crunch, no spices. They tasted like plain flour disks with nothing more. The aloo sabzi was just boiled potatoes with salt—completely missing the tanginess that makes this dish shine. No tamarind, no amchur, no tempering of hing and cumin. Just dull, boring potato chunks. Having eaten authentic Bedmi Puri Aloo in Delhi Preet vihar, aditya arcade , where every bite is rich with tang and masala, this version felt like a sad excuse for the real thing.

Pathetic service bikanerwala staff was rude and didnt has any attegate how to serve the people never go there for dinner

It’s almost about 35-40 minutes still we can’t get our tea And table is also not clean from last 40 minutes
