Had a wonderful experience at **Barbeque Nation Surat** today! A special shoutout to **Mahima** for her truly outstanding service. Her caring attitude, constant readiness to help, and warm hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. She ensured everything was perfect and always checked in with a genuine smile. The food quality was amazing as always, but Mahima’s attentive service really stood out and made the visit memorable. Thank you for the great experience — looking forward to visiting again soon!

Reducing a star since the place continues to maintain a pathetic washroom. they need to make an earnest attempt to stack up on tissue papers after a handwash, and to keep the place tidy. otherwise, food and service are pretty good.

Service was very slow and most of the starters and salads were missing. As we had a vegetarian meal nobody paid much attention to our table, as the majority of the dinner were non-vegetarian and looked after as more priority. Also some of the main course was cold and fruits were smelling of Onion , as we could see that the person in charge of cutting fruit was using the same knife to chop onion as well, which we think is cross contamination. Too much of a bad experience as we hoped that we would love the food but even the starters were missing and soya chaap was very much raw. I don't think I would pay so much money for this type of service and food.

Worst experience ever the food was stale didnt smell fresh looked stale didnt taste fresh it was so unhygienic the barbeque stand that they used was so dirty we told them 5 times then they replaced it They have degraded their food quality also the chicken than cames was not even cooked it was raw

went here after a long time. Now all has degraded from food quality to level of service everything. Did not enjoy the visit.
