Had a wonderful experience at **Barbeque Nation Surat** today! A special shoutout to **Mahima** for her truly outstanding service. Her caring attitude, constant readiness to help, and warm hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. She ensured everything was perfect and always checked in with a genuine smile. The food quality was amazing as always, but Mahima’s attentive service really stood out and made the visit memorable. Thank you for the great experience — looking forward to visiting again soon!

Reducing a star since the place continues to maintain a pathetic washroom. they need to make an earnest attempt to stack up on tissue papers after a handwash, and to keep the place tidy. otherwise, food and service are pretty good.

worst place to visit.we went for lunch and half the menu was not prepared for veg.also they just made us fool by saying that it will come in 5 min just wait and like that we waited for almost 2 hours but they just scammed us.. also the special rajasthan menu was not prepared for whoch we went and the deserts and soups and veg biryani and live counter was not there. just a waste of money. cleanliness Is also worst under our table we found cockroaches roaming .. would not recommend anyone to go

This place sucks. Paid RS.1100 a person for food and food was nasty. Chicken curry was aweful and only had bad left over pieces from chicken. No leg or thigh pieces. Overall very horrible place to spent over RS. 7000 for a family. Not worth it. Manager was not understanding and chef was on different level of food standards. I would not recommend this place for local and specially NRI. It is not same as when they started years ago.

There are cockroaches in the place. Don’t visit!!! Seriously concerned about the hygiene. We raised the concern to the manager but they took it very lightly. We just left without having another bite(they took the whole payment)

Now a days their prices doesn't commensurate at all with the quality food & the other at par options available at least in Surat City !!!!!

They are earning a lot since it was launched in Surat, but they don't want to renovate the place, it is very dirty & unhygienic.
