Not a good experience overall. The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived, yet we were not allowed to choose our seating. The manager’s behavior felt unwelcoming. We ordered soup and a starter. The spring rolls were excessively oily. When we informed the staff, we were told that even if it was replaced, it would be the same, which was disappointing. Considering the 4.2 rating, the service did not meet expectations. After paying and leaving, no one asked for feedback. Overall, the hospitality and food quality need improvement.

Zomato reviews are completely fake. A below average restaurant. the flavours are disgusting. ordered 4 starters and 3 main course. every single item was below average.

Worst food ever. Poor quality and spices. We ordered something else we got something else. Worst service ever, even after complaining what we ordered what was not delivered they were helpless and argued even for their mistake. Worst food taste and service.

pros: good ambience, well mannered staff, good service cons: food we ordered Dal Tadka two times. but salt and lemon were too less. in sahji also there was no taste. masala papad and paneer chilly were ok ok.

Going through the rewives, we tried canadian cheese soup and cottage cheese shanghai sizzler both were best at its taste. Sizzler a bit spicy.

Despite poor review i went to blue basil twice in a month. And every item was amazing. We ordered Continental sizzler, paneer lazeez, butter roti, manchow soup, sweet corn soup. Paneer laziz was so yummy. Like best paneer ever had. They suggested pesto paneer tikka it was even more amazing. Cheese cigar was awesome. In previous visit we had aglio olio and sizzler which were too good too. We only instructed for less spicy food and everything was more than good. Perfect for good food. Ambience is quiet which is rare in surat. Will visit 3rd time and again.

Canadian cheese soup justified its name basically tastes like white sauce. Hot n sour soup was good. Aloo cheese cigars were ok. We didn't like paneer lazeez at all. Matka biryani was delicious. And decor of the place is pretty good.

I was expecting an exquisite quality of taste but to my disappointment the taste was quite ordinary We ordered 3 sizzlers but none of them were impressive Infact two of them.. Mexican and veg satellite had exactly same taste..same patty as well Nothing interesting on the menu as well.. typical stuff The restaurant looks inviting from outside but the taste is just ok

Been to this restaurant many times but last two experiences of this restaurant have been horrible. Food they are serving is too oily. Ordered some continental sizzler in which they served a stale tikki. The soup they served was not even cooked well. All the chinese dishes were oily it tasted like they just had reheated the food in the oven. From my last two experiences i would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Big thumbs down.👎🏻
