Absolutely loved my experience at Café Beats Arena, Piplod! The vibe here is just amazing — they’ve got indoor, outdoor, and rooftop seating, and each space feels super cozy and Instagram-worthy. Whether you’re here for a sunset view or just to chill with friends, the ambience hits just right. The place is spacious, beautifully done, and has that perfect mix of energy and comfort. Coming to the food — everything I tried was delicious! The Indo Mex Sizzler, Roasted Tandoori Paneer Pizza, Harissa Cottage Cheese Sandwich, Spicy Mexican Burger, Sizzling Hot Brownie, and the Sunset Cooler were all bursting with flavor. The brownie sizzler was the perfect ending! The staff was super polite and quick with service, which made the whole experience even better. Totally recommend this place for good food, good vibes, and great times!

It's an nice place to chill out with friends Food quality is good but quantity is not good as per price Ambiance is good it's an insta worthy. Service is too slow we order rice bowl it's take half hour 🙄

Food, place and service fabulous. This going to be regular place for dinner night. Staff was very humble ask for is food is tasty or not are comfortable with it. Loved it

Spicy American BBQ sizzler was amazing . We also ordered farmizza pizza which was looking okay but idk base tasted little bit weird. Ambiance is very well done .

Ambience is good. Location is nice.for photoholic people it is the best cafe. But food was ok.not value for money

Ok, so after munching at a couple of places, me and my friend decided to go for a late evening coffee and some food. After browsing around a few cafes on zomato and google, we decided to give Cafe Beats Arena a shot as reviews were alright and my friend said this cafe is been seen a lot on Insta these days. So here we are at Cafe Beats Arena. First impression was good as the place is very well designed and spacious and first thought that came in the mind looking at the ambience was I should definitely bring friends and family here. Venue is definitely good for catch up, but for food and service (Why do you think I just gave 2 stars? Keep reading) So we went to upper deck and as soon as we were there, wait staff was kind enough to place a water bottle at our table.. Wow this is again impressive... Now we ordered Latte and Caramel Cappuccino and for Food we opted Sizzler of the Day. After short wait, first waiter arrived with my caramel cap. and soon after that a second waiter arrived with another Cappuccino (yes my friend asked for Latte). When we said we ordered for Latte waiter said no it was Cap, and then surprisingly the person who took our order came and without looking at the cup said No Sir, This is Latte and started explaining us the difference between Cap and Latte (awesome, he knew that), but when 2 drinks taste same no explanation can rescue You. And we thought of not spoiling anyone's evening and sipped whatever was in front of us. Then came our Sizzler Of The Day (450ish /-) (which was no where sizzling like actual sizzlers) , It was just a spicy plain fried rice with 5 cheese balls and 6 wedges to be precise on the top. Fun part, as I said it was not sizzling at all. No smoke coming out of it, sizzler plate was pretty cold. Asking the guy who taught us 101 of Barista about why the sizzler was so sad, reply was "Sir niche se upar late late dhua nikal gaya". And at the same time another sizzler just passed from behind with its lovely smokey smell and sizzling sound and the explanation given to us for that was "Sir was chinese sizzler hai isliye usme dhua rehta hai", Seriously? And this is the place so many influencers highly talk about? Hmm... fishy... Fun wasn't ending here yet... When the bill arrived, first we were charged for the water bottle which we thought was complimentary as no one asked us whether we want normal water or the bottle (Lesson learnt... always ask and never assume), and second Normal Cap is 129 but because I had ordered Caramel Cap so that is considered as Flavoured Cap in the menu hence I was charged 159, BUT BUT BUT they charged me additional 39 bucks for Caramel. So it was 159 + 39. Don't think I am going back to this place anytime soon or referring this place to anyone. To Cafe Beats Arena, Please please please teach your wait staff about what things are in your menu and what is chef cooking and double check items when they pick it from kitchen to bring it to the table. Surely you have got good reviews, but do check on the negative reviews as well to improve your service and food quality. Having ONLY good ambience won't justice the business. People definitely like eating good food at good place and good food even at place with average looking venue. BUT bad food at any place is not justified.

It was the worst caesar salad I have eaten. There were chunks and chunks of Butter in there!!! They did not had lettuce so we said to add mushrooms and there were few pieces of them. Do not order salad if any ingredient is missing.

Yesterday, I visited a cafe in search of a good ambiance and seating. Unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant and unforgettable. The service from the staff was very poor, as there were only a few staff members to handle the customers. Furthermore, some of the male staff were very unprofessional in their communication. The food was not up to the mark given its rates, and I had specially ordered a sizzler, but instead, I received Indian khichdi. Please refer to the pictures for a better understanding.

The ambiance is really good over here, but the food is not. There are a lot of places where you can have better food than here.
