We used to get Cream N’ Crust pastries back in 2006-2008. Fast forward to 2021, I was in Surat after many years to celebrate my moms birthday and couldn’t find a fresh fruit based cake anywhere in the city. Went to the finest bakers and patisseries only to see dense chocolate and stale cheesecakes. And I finally went to CnC with zero hopes and voila! They had a range of fruit cakes from Blueberry cakes to REAL pineapple pastries and the OG Black Forest cake with cherries in between the layers, like it should be! The staff members were extremely courteous and polite. The pastries were fresh, extremely soft and airy, with a perfect sponge: cream ratio. CnC has literally beaten the best of the so-called French taught - led patisseries and nailed the basics to the T. This is going to be my go-to pastry place for a long, long time.

A small yet cosy place, their service is extraordinary. The staff was so humble & helping. Plus the variety of pastries and desserts are crazy. . . Their red velvet cupcakes & Kit Kat cupcakes for ₹20 each are worth every penny. Fresh batches everyday is a plus😍
