Had visited there once and had got the food delivered too. Ordered chicken popcorn and peri peri chicken wings. Chicken popcorn tasted average but the peri peri wings were amazing. Each penny spent was worth.

This is really a cool place to visit. The burger and the French fries are delicious. Ambiance is great and the food is great.

I visited this place after almost 2 years since I had an okay-ish experience with their popcorn chicken then. BUT this time it was the best, kicks the ass of KFC, McD and BurgerKing in terms of Burgers too. Tried the Hot n Spicy Chicken Burger and it’s the perfect QSR Chicken Burger you can find in Surat. +++++ Looking forward to trying new things on the menu

This place is a mixture of Mc Donals and and KFC. The burgers in Crunch are quite good. The ambiance of the place is good. Other varieties which they provide are also good. Its a must try place.

I loved the cheesy chicken and peri peri burgers. Way better than MCD and Burger King (non-veg only) Hygiene -4 Taste-4.5 Ambience-3.5 Value for money-3

they have mojito made with sparkling water, never heard of mojito made with sparkling water.....!!!! first sip itself made me spit back into it....!!!! no doubt i had the best chicken crunch burger in my life & French fries with cheesy dip was also up to the mark but mojito made me give them 3 stars....!!! don't know if this review gonna reach to the concerned person of this outlet or not but sir u need to change something which won't disgrace ur review....!!!

I went to Crunch after looking at its rating. The chicken was old and I confirmed that they use frozen chicken. Fried chicken in this style always uses good fresh chicken. One can look at all Southern style chicken recipes and they always use fresh chicken. Moreover, they doused it with Maggi masala in insane amount. Look at the photo, who can truly say unless they are a dimwit that this is Caribbean roasted chicken. I left the food as it is. Life, protein, culinary aesthetics, freshness all down the drain.

I had ordered for a burger and not a wrap, as soon as the cashier handed over the bill I saw there was wrap written on it. So I asked him to change it to burger, he blatantly denied to change it as the order had been punched. Due to some miscommunication he heard wrap and we asked him to change it under a minute but he was not at all ready to co-operate. Very uncooperative behaviour by the staff.

The food was good as always but the guy who took the order seemed to condescend customers and talk with the attitude that's not acceptable. For someone who is supposed to be kind to customers and Provide a respectable service shouldn't have the habit to back answer or talk with disrespect. Bill no. 4068
