We have visited both the outlets in Surat. Good and delicious food. We tried Tikki Chole, Rajwadi Kachori, Medu Vada, Dahi Papdi and Paneer tikka masala rice bowl. Very tasty and moderately priced. We make it a point to visit this place atleast once in three weeks or in a month.

Fabulous variety of sweets & namkeens. Chaat was also superb specifically Raj Kachori. Good management by Kevan bhai He stood for our each & every order. Thanks to Haldirams

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC experience at this outlet. I don't know about other Haldiram's outlet, but this outlet is below standards by all means. Clearly, all the money has gone into interior decoration while the actual food experience is completely neglected. Nice walls and lighting means nothing when the food is bad. I ordered a lachha paratha and dal makhni and what was served was nothing short of a joke. It was undercooked, rubbery, and tasted stale—as if it was either reheated poorly or never cooked properly in the first place. This was not a lachha paratha by any standard, just a half-baked maida roti that shouldn’t have left the kitchen. Basic cooking standards seem completely ignored here. Attaching the photos for you to see. And it gets worse. The dal was served boiling hot in a plastic bowl. This is not just careless—it’s outright irresponsible. Serving hot food in plastic is a serious health and safety concern. Not visiting ever again here.

We recently visited the Haldiram dining outlet in Surat's Piplod area and ordered the paneer tikka masala combo. Shockingly, the food served to us was contaminated with rodent infestation (visible in the video). When we brought this to the manager's attention, he showed a lack of concern and merely offered to replace the order without taking any further action to address the quality control issue or ensure accountability.
