I recently visited Haldiram Piplod branch with my wife and nephew, as we’ve always enjoyed their tasty food and had high expectations. We were all very hungry and ordered the Nawabi Deluxe Thali. However, just as I was about to take my first bite, I found a small caterpillar in the rice. This was extremely disappointing and completely ruined our mood and appetite. I expect much higher hygiene and quality standards from a brand like Haldiram. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures stricter cleanliness measures so that such an incident doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I ordered rice paneer tikka bowl on 7/11/25 and I found almost plastic type paneer which could be very detrimental for anybody's health.It feels as if artificial paneer..👎.What a mess at highly reputed Haldiram foods

They have qrcode menu on the table but it doesn’t work, u have to go at the counter to place order, not a restaurant feel at all horrible
