Had a wonderful time at K’s Charcoal! The food was absolutely delicious, the ambience was lovely, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Manoj, Tusal, and RK for their excellent service — they truly made the experience even more memorable. Will definitely be visiting again!

The Verdure pizza was delicious and good enough for two people. However, I noticed a difference compared to the Mumbai branch — while the menu mentions "drops" of pesto sauce on, in mumbai it was generously drizzled, which really elevated the flavor. In Surat, only small dollops were used, making the taste feel a bit uneven. Would love to see the same consistency across both outlets. Still a great experience overall!

Over hyped restaurant. Pizza not at all worth money. Unbaked I may say. Onion rings and french fries were good. Mojitos were also like lemon juice. Don't go there

To be honest, I didn't like their Pizza at all. Heard a lot from friends and family, but we are disappointed. Service and ambience are class apart. But it is just winning on ambience I felt. Food wise lot of improvement is required. Washroom is so bad and stinky that it was not in good condition to use. Their Pizza is just a Big Tandoori roti served with all those toppings of pizza, and it's not worth for the price as well what they charge.

The quality of food was below average, especially for the price paid for it. The flavours within the sandwich was highly unbalanced and the ice tea a little bitter. The ambience and customer service was great, and the waiting time short - such a shame that the food was less than mediocre.

K's Charcoal have lost the touch. The taste of food is below average and flavours are highly disbalanced. Known for their Pizza's once, they have clearly lost the ground. The service and atmosphere is still bang on but food not so much anymore. I was literally served distasteful and uncooked food. The exorbitant prices in the new menu is also clearly not justified.

I ordered a double chocolate chip shake and it sucked. For them there is no difference between chocolate shake and a sugar farm. If you just want to add sugar as a ingredient, don't mislead the audience by saying it as double chocolate shake and that too for 250 bucks!!! The worst shake I ever tasted
