Hey Surtis good news for you!!! Now your favorite egg cafe @minitryofegg open 2nd outlet at safal square, University Road, surat. i was visited here with my friends. i am tried :- Egg paplet, Lasan fry, Egg Gotado, Egg Lahori, Chinese fry, Protein salad, Australian fry, Tomato fry, Egg Mamna Gravy, Australian Fry, Peri peri Roll, Bhuna Roll & BBQ Roll !!! i am suggest you to try Australian fry and BBQ Roll (Must try) and others items was also good. EGG MAMNA GRAVY :- Must try. one of my favorite because This one is surti speciality. Egg kebabs topped with onion tomato gravy and topped with corriander and grated cheese!!! 🧀

So, just visit this new outlet once with your loved ones, you'll also fall in love with this place and definitely with these yummy dishes 🤩🤩 We had tried here:- 1) Egg Lahori:- 260/- 2) Egg Paaplet:- 275/- 3) Chinese Fry:- 210/- 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐩𝐚𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐝𝐮. -Salli Par Endu which is one of the appetizing dish of Parsi made with deep-fried potato straws and eggs. Taste - 𝐆𝐎𝐎𝐃 Service - 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭.

MOE is back with their 2nd outlet in Vesu. At safal square. A perfect place to have the best in town egg dishes. Good quality, hygiene and cleanliness and everything served with smile. We tried local, national and international egg dishes. Accompanied with super local drink sosyo. Can you imagine getting the same street style taste at a comparatively economical rates. Highly recommended.

Ministry of Eggs serves best egg dishes in safal square vesu surat Their menu comprises of more than 100 varieties of authentic Surti dishes . Dishes like anda bhurji , egg Lahori , anda gotala , egg kheema are their signature . It’s a must visit place

Loved the food at Ministry of Eggs — tasty dishes and great portion sizes. However, the service was quite slow, with long waits between dishes. They seemed understaffed and gave more priority to online orders. Amazing food, but service needs improvement.

The food was amazing, we just had to wait a lot between dishes, lack of staff even on a Sunday.
