Too pathetic and stale food . 0 hygiene. During afternoon time, only 1 person was there for serving /cleaning table and picking plates and without wearing gloves making pani puri with same bare hands . The cashier also was not wearing gloves when he started making Dahi puri. Pani puri wasn’t crispy and had bad paani taste .Other chaat items were equally bad.Chinese was cold and bad . Half of items weren’t available. All sweets were so bad and uneatable. Imagine mini gulab jamun with all big sugar coating . Never seen like this before. Avoid anything kept in jars and display . It caused stomach upset to me. The pastry was completely wet. Paneer and Medu Wada was as hard as a stone . Seems it was 5-6 days kept old paneer.There was not a single fresh item on the display . They didn’t have fries / smileys because they have to make them fresh and since they can’t make anything fresh , they said they don’t have them . Same is the reason of Unavailability of dosas .Thinking pizza will be fresh , one of the pizza base was not eatable that teeth can break means it was reheated . Only cheese burst pizza was made fresh out of around 25 items available in total as none were good .So food waste was more than food consumed.They should close this outlet for unlimited food as week old items are given so that no one eats .Hence there was hardly any table occupied. Focus only on pizza. That idea would work better.Terrible experience overall and the owner should look into this on a serious note. Overall at 293 Rs. per person (Consider 300 as they don’t have change)this place should be avoided completely. Don’t believe Insta reels and take feedback from genuine customers.
