When it comes to South Indian food my family loves Sankalp. We are their fan since they opened their 1st outlet in Surat at valentine's. I love their plating, taste, their pan at end, sambhar serving style, varieties of chutney, etc

Ordered: Corn Methi Malai :- Sankalp is know for South Indian food no doubt about it But the punjabi saabzi which i ordered was delicious 😋 and perfect. It was on bit sweeter side. Adequate quantity along with reasonable price. Definitely Yes can be recommended for Punjabi dish as well.

I tried Paneer Dosa, Fried Idli, Uttapam and Spring Roll Dosa! The best I found was paneer dosa. Ambience is good and even the service is quite satisfactory. A but pricy restaurant I guess cause 299 for uttapam is high I guess !

Though I'm a foodie, but my all-time favorite is South Indian food and Sankalp is kinda right place to satisfy me. But frankly this time I wasn't as happy as always, in fact a little disappointed. Service : fast and attentive Food : Taste : Ok (not sankalp level good, felt something was missing) Quality : good Presentation : satisfactory Variety : that typical sankalp dishes Value for money : comparatively lil higher than other authentic south Indian food places (*not comparing with "fancy dosa" places) Quantity : here I was disappointed (I have been to sankalp 100s of times but this time quantity was changed)(* mendu wada and idli were smaller than usual) Overall you'll have sankalp vibe though.. I hope to have my original experience back..

Well... Dint visit this outlet but ordered home delivery.. Had upma whch was nice.. rich.. dryfruits n all.. quantity was ok... taste was lyk a bit south indian whch i like.. Banarasi pulav was ok.. veggies n all.. Sambhar n chutney was nice..

Ordered karamura dosa for delivery. The dosa was so hard to eat,dind like the food, disappointed, the sambhar quantity was also very less, I specially mentioned while order please give extra sambhar was of no use, not ate more than 2 bites, eating at restaurant and taste at home is totally opposite thing.

I would suggest not to go here in this restaurant, i have never ever ate this type of food ever. Not much option in soup, even tomato soup was very bad. Asked them to suggest their best food which was worst. As i waste my 12,00/- here. I would have given half star in rating but as we don’t have option.

Cheese served in Roll was cold . Complete cube shaped not melted at all . When asked from manager about this he explains us that “Veg Cheese Roll” is supposed to served cold from inside ! Now i get it that chef here have really unique style of serving food which seems hard to be accepted !

Saffron has been shut down. Only sankalp in operational. Taste and service were sub standard. The basic south indian dishes were given fancy names and tagged double prices. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.

Worst Service in Banquet. Waiters behaved rudely with guest. Guest were waiting for nearly 30 mins, then they served food. One item was served, another served after 10-15 minutes. Never recommended for any party.
